Durez friction resins are primarily supplied in powder form, for ease of processing in dry mix systems. These resins resist sintering, exhibit excellent strength to friction ratios and cover a broad range of flow and cure properties. Many standard grades are available, however the majority are custom designed to match your performance and processing needs. For example we have resins specially designed for alkaline filler systems, rubber-modified formulations, or high heat duty applictions. Durez also offers adhesive liquid resins that exhibit outstanding shear strength for adhering friction elements to backing plates.
